He caught sight of her blush, and he returned it albeit on a slightly milder tone. Mukuro then nodded, eyes still fixed on the sky, where the sun was just about to set. The colors painting the sky were in harmony, and it just became one of his favorite scenes at that moment. Pointing at the brightest part of the sky, he muttered to Chrome, ‘the sun’s about to set. Perhaps we should just… sit down and watch it.’
Taking the first move by sitting first, he knew Chrome would follow after. ‘There’s no need to be confused. Go ahead and take time to figure it out, Nagi. It’s fine by me.’ The sun was on the verge of disappearing completely from view, and the sky dimmed gradually as it finally set. However, the pair still sat there in silence, simply savoring the moment.
The girl had her head bowed as she tried to think through the question over and over again. Her train of thoughts were quickly pushed to the side as she snapped her head up at the other’s voice. Giving a small smile, she nodded slowly and watched as he walked to the park bench and sat down. With her head just a little more cleared, only now, she noticed, the rain had stopped in the middle of their conversation. The place was wet, but she was already wet. Both of them were. Following the other, she took a seat next to him and leaned back on the bench. At his comforting word coming out with his almost soothing voice, she coudln’t help but feel a little less tense about it. Silence fell over the two. It wasn’t the awkward kind of silence. More of a peaceful silence, of the two enjoying the silence as they knew they weren’t alone in it, just enjoying the companion.
Since there was time, she decided to use it to clear her mind and arrange her thoughts. Slowly, she thought up what she knew. She liked Mukuro, but she didn’t know what kind of like it is. Everytime she would feel shy and embaressed in a way, a little more than usual. Just seeing him makes her happy and feels content with everything. Her heart would always skip a beat when she hears his voice, see him. She could also find comfort in being just next to him. At times, she would feel almost… possesiveness in her actions. She felt sad, in an absolutely higher level than she used to when he leaves for a long time again. There were so much more. But somehow, these clicked some sense to her. She liked him a lot. Much more than before. The girl wondered what kind of word it was. Then, a conversation with two girls that dragged her out once, popped into her mind. Could it be that? No… maybe… But everything seems to fit… Did she… Love him? Just the thought made all the blood rush to her cheeks.

”Maybe so… Maybe not…” Shruggs lightly. “I’m not sure myself.”
”At first it is…” Smiles slightly. “But I just get used to it after a while…”
”No. It’s nothing…”
